1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Product expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

Packaging is tampered or broken

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used food products

Products returned without original packaging

Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling

Change of mind or taste preferences

3. Return Process

To request a return:

Provide photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product

Pickup or replacement will be arranged (if approved)

4. Refund Policy
